This is a General Guide to current postal rules and rates as of Jul/2025. There are MANY variables that can affect the rates.

As a general rule we (Success Printing and Mailing) do NOT mark up postage. These are the current Jul/2025 USPS rates.

First Class Postcard 4.25” x 6” max size =61 cents ea.

First Class Letter 6.125” x 11.5” max size with a stamp =78 cents ea.   Meter = 74 cents ea.

First Class Flats 11.5” x 15” max size $1.63 each

Up to 1 ounce included. Additional ounces = 29 cents each

First Class Postcard Presorted range = 42 – 46.2 cents ea.  (500 min qty)

First Class Letter Presorted range = 59.3 – 67.2 cents ea.  (500 min qty)

First Class Flat Presorted range = .97 – 1.488 ea.  (500 min qty)

Up to 4 ounces included

Standard Postcard Presorted 200 min There is no such thing as a Standard presorted “postcard”. You can mail them as a “letter” to get better rates.

Standard Letter Presorted range = 37.2 – 43.3 cents ea. (200 min qty)

Standard Flat Presorted range = 77.0 – 1.185 each. (200 min qty)

Up to 4 ounces included

Non Profit Postcard Presorted 200 min There is no such thing as a Non Profit presorted “postcard”. You can mail them as a letter to get better rates.

Non Profit Letter Presorted range = 17.8 – 23.9 cents ea.  (200 min qty)

Non Profit Flat Presorted range = 50.3 – 91.8 ea.  (200 min qty)

Up to 4 ounces included

EDDM Flats  larger than 6.125 x 11.5” = 24.2 cents each Town of mailing (DDU)

= 29.1 cents each Town of Permit (Local)

EDDM Flats Non-profit = 13.2 cents each Town of mailing (DDU)

= 18.1 cents each Town of Permit (Local)

Minimum is 1 complete carrier route or rural route to qualify for EDDM.
